MOCAF would like to showcase the musical talents of Cecil Tso, aka Whatever Cecil, as our Creative of the Month for April. @whatevercecil is a producer, beat maker, screenwriter, and instrumentalist. His work with the collective Fang Over Fist can be heard on their band camp page. His group, An Illustrated Mess, have music videos on YouTube titled “Sunsets,” “Native Drunk,” and “Here.” He’s also part of the group CoCec. Give Cecil Tso a listen, he’s doing big things in this town.
